Policies & Procedures

Thank you for choosing to reserve your tee time on-line with us here at Crown Hill Golf Club. It is certainly a convenience that benefits both parties. It is our endeavor to provide the public a quality golfing experience in a relaxed atmosphere. For this, we ask that you read over the following policies and procedures that are strictly enforced to ensure a great experience for everyone.

Internet Reservation Policies

• Internet Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance for 2-8 players.
• Singles can reserve tee times by calling the golf shop at 740-986-4653
• A valid credit card number and email address is required for all on-line tee times.
• Requested reservations for more than 8 players or for more than 14 days in advance can be made by calling the golf shop at 740-986-4653
• A valid email address will be a vital tool for making a secure tee time and receiving email confirmations when you book or modify/cancel your tee time.

Dress Code (please inform your golfing partners)

• Soft Spikes Facility
• Proper Golf Attire

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or modifications must be made 24 hours in advance of your tee time or earlier.
• Cancellations and modifications within 24 hours of your tee time MUST be made by calling the golf shop 740-986-4653. **You will receive email confirmation for all modifications and cancellations to your tee time from us when you call the golf shop to do so. Please keep for your records.
